The domain name www.LegalSalhakar.com/.in (“Website”), is owned and operated by Legal Salhakar, where such expression shall, unless repugnant to the context thereof, be deemed to include its respective representatives, administrators, employees, founders, officers, agents and their successors and assigns.

Legal Salhakar is a technology-driven platform created to connect and bridge the gap between the prospective users and professionals who are reliable and provide affordable legal access.

Legal Salhakar is a bridge between the prospective users and professionals. Legal Salhakar does not promise that through its system the user will find a suitable advisor. Further, Legal Salhakar does not interfere in any communication between the user and the professionals. Legal Salhakar is not responsible for any communication or any relationship between the professionals and users. LegalSalhakar.com/.in is a technology platform to allow individual professionals to list themselves in order to have an access to demand in addition to their causal offline work.

We do not recommend or endorse any specific Lawyers, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned on the website. No listing of any Lawyer on this Website, and no information of any kind or answers provided by any Lawyer, constitutes an endorsement, recommendation or referral of any Lawyer.

It is therefore, specifically stated that Legal Salhakar is not responsible for assessing the integrity of all professionals with which users communicate. It is further advised that users must make their own checks and balances to verify the veracity of the professionals. 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or attending any consultation, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and. If users/you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

• The online legal consultations session is of 30 minutes only. However, the professional may at their discretion extend it for another 15 minutes at the request of the user.
• Consultations are limited to the subject matter users specify at booking.

• Any details you share whether through the website, phone, or during an in-person/video consultation become part of your LegalSalhakar.com/.in record. You agree to keep this information accurate, review it periodically, and update it whenever necessary to help us serve you effectively.
• We do not provide ongoing representation unless a separate written agreement is executed.

3. General Terms

• Legal Salhakar is not an agent/affiliate of the professionals conducting the online legal consultations.
• Legal Salhakar’s online consultation website should not be construed as a platform for solicitation and advertising. It serves as an informational and awareness platform, but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content provided, and assumes no responsibility for its interpretation or use.
• The information on the Website is not guaranteed to be correct, complete or up to date.
• Legal Salhakar respects the privacy of the user and does not share their information with the professionals. Except where necessary to (i) protect ourselves from liability or (ii) comply with legal processes or applicable laws.
• Some of the information you provide may need to be shared with the professionals when you book a paid consultation.
• The blogs or any other content on the Legal Salhakar website is only for the purpose of spreading awareness. That the above-mentioned content should not be taken as advice or as substitute of professional advice.
• By booking consultation with Legal Salhakar, the user agrees that Legal Salhakar can choose a professional for the user.
• Legal Salhakar verifies professional’s credentials at registration but does not guarantee their ongoing status, standing, or professional capabilities.
• Legal Salhakar bears no responsibility for data loss due to deletion, system failures, outages, or technical errors.

4. Fees & Payment

• The consultation fee of ₹399 is payable in advance.
• All payments are processed securely and must clear before your session begins.
• Fees are non-refundable once a consultation has been delivered.

5. Limitation of Use

This site and Legal Salhakar’s contents are strictly for personal use. Commercial exploitation, reproduction, redistribution, monitoring, or modification whether it is automated or manual is prohibited without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use or export in violation of Indian laws is strictly disallowed.

You’re not allowed to collect or save personal information about other users. Accessing the website to mine data or extract content for anything beyond personal use is also prohibited. By using the website, you acknowledge that some content may be offensive or inappropriate. We’re not responsible for any content shared via the site, including errors, omissions, or any loss or damage resulting from its use.

You’re not allowed to use any harmful software like viruses or worms that could disrupt our website. If you do, you agree to pay ₹1,00,000 per day until the site is fully restored, plus any additional losses we assess from the damage. This amount reflects the loss of goodwill and the costs involved in repairs and customer reassurance. We’ll do our best to fix the issue quickly, and we may seek further compensation if the impact goes beyond what’s stated here.

6. No Warranty or Guarantee

• Consultations are provided “as is” for informational purposes only.
• Legal Salhakar make no guarantees about the outcome of any matter the users discuss with the professionals.
• Users acknowledge that legal advice depends on full disclosure of facts; incomplete information may affect accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Neither the website nor Legal Salhakar nor its founders, employees or agents shall be liable for any:
  • direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages;
  • loss of data, profits, business or goodwill;
  • legal costs or other losses arising from user’s use of the platform.
• In no event shall Legal Salhakar’s total liability exceed the ₹399 consultation fee paid by the users.
• Legal Salhakar does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may update features or functionality at its discretion. We may update or enhance the website’s features, functionality, or content at any time but we’re not obligated to do so. We are not responsible for any errors or defects under any circumstances.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legal Salhakar, its affiliates and their respective officers, founders, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss or damage (including legal fees) arising out of or related to users’ use of the site, users breach of these Terms, or users’ violation of any laws or rights of a third party.

If a third party threatens legal action against us, we may ask you to provide written confirmation of your promise to indemnify us. If you fail to do so, we may treat it as a breach of agreement and suspend your services immediately.

LegalSalhakar.com/.in, its affiliates, and anyone involved in delivering its services won’t be held liable under any circumstances, including negligence for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. This includes issues like errors, delays, data loss, service interruptions, technical faults, or even events beyond control such as natural disasters, communication breakdowns, theft, or unauthorized access. This limitation applies to all content and features on LegalSalhakar.com/.in.

LegalSalhakar.com/.in and its affiliates won’t be liable for any direct damages beyond the product’s purchase price. To the fullest extent allowed by law, they’re also not responsible for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages such as personal injury, wrongful death, service interruptions, lost profits, lost data, or inability to use the website or its services, even if advised of the possibility.

9. Confidentiality

Legal Salhakar strives to protect user confidentiality but cannot guarantee it due to internet related risks and the conduct of others. Users should avoid sharing sensitive or specific details through the platform, and only disclose such information after connecting with an advisor outside the system. Legal Salhakar is not liable for any misuse or accidental disclosure of any information by the user.

10. Refund Policy

We aim to deliver top-tier legal services at affordable rates. If you’re unsatisfied or choose not to proceed after payment, you may request a refund of the consultation fees via email on your support ticket, cc’ing Legalsalhakarofficial@gmail.com.

     A) Refunds are considered in the following cases:

• Refund is only considered in the event there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from Legal Salhakar.
• Service is delayed due to reasons solely attributable to us. If rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment isn’t feasible, a refund will be processed.
  
  B)Refunds are not considered in the following cases:

• Refunds will not be issued in cases where the customer requests cancellation solely due to a change of mind, as there is no fault, defect, or liability attributable to Legal Salhakar.
• Refund requests raised more than 15 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for consideration, as they fall outside the defined service window.

Final decisions on refunds rest with Legal Salhakar’s Senior Management.

Please note:

• Refunds exclude circumstances beyond our control (e.g. government delays, technical issues, natural events).
• If approved, processing takes 48–72 working hours post receipt of bank details.
• Only the consultation fee component is refundable.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate users access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

    This Agreement form the complete terms of service. If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, it won’t affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between the users and Legal Salhakar, overriding all prior communications. Continued use implies acceptance of any updates, which may be made without notice. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
• Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

17. Ownership Notice
    This site and its content including documents, visuals, and media are the exclusive property of Legal Salhakar. Use, reproduction, or distribution of materials without explicit permission is prohibited. Intellectual property rights remain reserved unless specifically granted. By submitting questions or answers, you agree that Legal Salhakar will own all rights to that content including intellectual property and moral rights without any compensation to you. Legal Salhakar has full and unrestricted authority to use, modify, reproduce, sell, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, or display the content in any form, medium, or technology, now or in the future, for as long as those rights exist.

18. Changes to Terms & Exceptions

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our site. Continued use of the platform after changes signifies your acceptance. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately on release of the revised Agreement or change to the Service(s) on our website.

Exceptions apply only if a separate agreement is signed by the Legal Professional, the Client, and Legal Salhakar. Approval of such agreements remains solely at Legal Salhakar’s discretion.
